Four Points By Sheraton Oran

The Wi-Fi was so weak that it was practically non-existent. Breakfast was a nightmare. The options were limited, and they ran out of food an hour before the end. To top it off, the staff seemed indifferent to our concerns. I've stayed at many hotels, but this experience at a supposed 4-star hotel was unacceptable and deeply disappointing.

All fine, but breakfast quality

I arrived expecting a nice room, but ended up with a different one at extra cost. Breakfast promised was not provided. The staff were unhelpful, and room service was non-existent.

The modern decor created a cute atmosphere. The staff were well presented and attentive. I particularly enjoyed the lovely city view from my room, which enhanced my enjoyment of the stay and offered a lovely backdrop .

The room was decent enough. No bath, but the shower was great. Nice touches like tea and coffee in the room. The view from the window wasn't the best-heard noise from the street parties, which disturbed my sleep. The room service was pretty much nonexistent. My colleague tried multiple times to order food and ended up going to the restaurant instead. But at least the room was clean and spacious.

The parking was spacious and convenient. The view from the hotel was fine. The room was big and the bathroom was well-designed. The restaurant served delicious Algerian wine.

Everything was spot on.

The view from our room was breathtaking, it was amazing to wake up and take a look at the stunning scenery. the spacious parking was a plus, and it was definitely a good choice for a city break.

The breakfast could use some improvements, as the cooks were not always ready to prepare some items. the dinner was not the best, everything had too much oil, and some dishes were too heavy.

The view was nice and the hotel had convenient transportation options. The cleanliness was great and the hotel facilities met my expectations. The staff were very helpful and cute, and the breakfast was delicious. Lastly, the location to the restaurant was perfect.

Great view of the sea from the rooms, stunning rooftop pool with plenty of loungers and umbrellas to relax in the sun. The hotel staff is very friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service throughout our city break. The breakfast options are varied and tasty, with plenty of sweet treats to satisfy your cravings.
